Return Policy:  To return product please include a copy of the invoice and ship to address above. Products that have been opened can not be returned, only unopened products will be accepted for returns.   There will be a 7.99 fee on all returns. 

Shipping Policy  Orders will be shipped via UPS unless otherwise stated in special notes on order form.  We can then ship through the USPS.  All over-seas orders will be shipped through USPS.  All order under 75.00 will be charged $7.99 shipping charge unless it is an over-seas order.  Over-seas orders will be charged shipping after the order has been shipped then the customer will be charged only the amount the USPS has charged the Herb and Vitamin Shop.com.
